Dave has more then 10 years direct experience in building and remodeling and other various construction trades. He completes on going home inspection training annually, as stipulated by NAHI.

Dave graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Operating as a design build contractor for many years, he was exposed to various trades such as roofing, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, which included a lot of hands on training. He was formally trained as a Home Inspector by Building Specs Inc., located in Annapolis Maryland.
